Finally I made up my mind to get the TS-7250 Arm based SBC from Technologic Systems. Link to the board : http://www.embeddedarm.com/epc/ts7250-spec-h.html

I liked some of the features this board offered like 32MB Flash and 32MB SDRAM as well as two com ports (in case I fry one , an ethernet port, couple of usb ports. It doesn’t have CF card or SD card slots to add additional storage but 32MB is quite big for all what I will be doing with this board.
